Told it's just stress. Told it's normal. Told to come back if it gets worse.
If that's been your experience, you're not alone, and it's not the full picture. A result that falls inside a normal range doesn't always mean you're functioning at your best, and finding out why is where we start.
Here's what we actually look at:
Energy & fatigue · Gut health · Hormonal balance · Thyroid function · Stress & cortisol · Blood sugar regulation · Nutrition & nourishment · Environment & lifestyle

What to expect from your clarity call
Step 1: You talk, SANA listens Tell us what's been going on, your symptoms, how long it's been happening, what you've already tried, and what a GP or other practitioner may have already told you. There's no need to have it figured out or organised beforehand.
Step 2: SANA asks the questions that get missed SANA will ask about the parts of your health history that standard appointments often don't have time for, the patterns that point toward what might actually be driving your symptoms.
Step 3: You leave with a clear next step By the end of the call, you'll know whether working with SANA makes sense for you, what that would involve, and what it would cost. No pressure either way, and no obligation to book anything further.

About SANA
Breianna Dunks is the founder of SANA, a clinical naturopath and nutritionist (BHSc). Before launching SANA, she spent her career working across multiple integrative clinics, seeing thousands of clients of all different health backgrounds, concerns and goals. She built SANA around a simple frustration she kept seeing in practice: people who were told everything looked normal, while still not feeling like themselves.
SANA combines clinical assessment, pathology interpretation, and evidence-based investigation to look for what's actually contributing to a symptom, rather than treating it in isolation. Areas we work across include gut health, blood sugar regulation, hormonal health, thyroid function, stress and cortisol, and energy.
Before you book
-
A free, no-pressure 20-minute conversation with Breianna. You talk through your symptoms and history, ask any questions about how SANA works, and get a clear sense of whether it's the right next step for you.
-
Your GP is trained to diagnose and treat disease, often once a condition has already developed. SANA takes a proactive approach, looking at what may be contributing to how you feel now, before things progress further. We work alongside your GP, not instead of them.
-
If it's a good fit, the next step is usually an initial consultation. This is a 45-minute online appointment where Breianna goes through your full picture in detail, the way you live, eat, move, sleep, and recover, alongside your history, current concerns, any existing test results, and what you're hoping to get out of working together. You'll leave that appointment with a personalised treatment plan. If it's not the right fit after your clarity call, that's fine too, there's no pressure and nothing further you need to do.
-
SANA is 100% online, so you can book from anywhere in Australia. All calls and consultations are conducted via telehealth.
-
Common reasons people book include fatigue, gut issues, hormonal symptoms, thyroid concerns, and stress-related symptoms like poor sleep or difficulty regulating energy. If you're not sure whether your symptoms fit, the clarity call is the easiest way to find out.
