Terms and conditions
Last updated: 20/06/2026
1. INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions govern your use of the SANA website and your engagement with the services provided by Breianna Dunks trading as 'Sana Health'. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
2. ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Sana Health provides naturopathic and clinical nutrition consultations, personalised care planning, pathology recommendations, and access to functional testing services. All consultations are conducted online.
Naturopathic and nutrition care is complementary and investigative in nature. It does not replace the advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a general practitioner or any other medical specialist. We encourage all clients to maintain an ongoing relationship with their GP.
3. CONSENT AND WAIVER FORM
Upon booking your first consultation, you will be provided with a Client Consent and Waiver Form. This form must be completed prior to your first consultation taking place. It covers the nature of care, clinical consent, privacy and information handling, telehealth consent, and other important terms specific to your clinical relationship with Sana Health.
4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
All bookings are made through our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
Pricing for all services is as displayed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice, though any change will not affect a booking already confirmed and paid.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. Consultations changed within this window will be returned to your package or held as a credit for rebooking.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info@sanahealth.com.au or via the link in your booking confirmation.
6. NON-ATTENDANCE
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in the consultation being forfeited. No credit, refund, or rescheduling will be offered in this circumstance. This applies to both individual consultations and those included within a package.
7. LATE ARRIVALS
If you are running late, please notify us as early as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation and the full fee will still apply.
8. REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a booking or package has been confirmed.
Where a package includes unused consultations and you are unable to continue due to genuine or extenuating circumstances, please contact us at info@sanahealth.com.au and we will consider your situation individually and in good faith.
Where your service includes functional testing, the cost of the test cannot be refunded once the test order has been placed with the laboratory, regardless of whether the associated consultation has taken place.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. SUPPLEMENTS AND ADDITIONAL TESTING
Personalised supplement recommendations may form part of your treatment plan and are not included in your consultation or package fee. Costs will vary depending on your individual plan and will always be discussed before any recommendations are made.
Functional testing beyond what is included in your package may be recommended as part of your care. Any additional testing will be discussed with you prior to proceeding, including associated costs. You are under no obligation to proceed with any additional testing.
10. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES
Naturopathic and nutrition care is personalised and investigative in nature, and individual responses vary. No guarantees are made regarding specific health outcomes. Progress will depend on a range of individual factors including engagement with your recommended care plan.
